Premium Delivery & Optional Assembly
We provide a premium white glove delivery service for all orders using our own in-house teams—your furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice by our experienced delivery team (not via any low-cost or third-party couriers).
What to Expect:
Booking Confirmation
You’ll be contacted within a week (by email and/or text) to schedule your delivery and optional assembly (if selected.)
Delivery Timeframe
Typically, within 7-10 days (please allow an extra 2–3 weeks for the Isle of Wight).
Coverage
Delivery is available across mainland UK. For non-mainland deliveries, we can deliver to your chosen mainland shipper. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands.
Why We Don’t Use Next Day Couriers
Our furniture is premium-quality. It requires expert handling and careful transport. High-volume courier services don’t meet our standards—breakages and lost items are simply too common. That’s why we only use our trusted in-house teams who understand how to handle and deliver our products safely. These same teams also have the skills to assemble any of the beds or furniture they deliver.
Delivery Charge
Free delivery on all orders over £300. £30 delivery charge on all orders under £300.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returning Your Order
If you’re not 100% happy, you can return your item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll issue a full refund (excluding delivery fees).
Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Support Team at sales@bedz4kids.com. They’ll guide you on how to return your item and confirm the correct return address.
Furniture returns: Must be disassembled and packed in original packaging. A photo of the packaged item is required before collection.
Return Costs
- Customer-initiated returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Want us to collect? We can arrange a collection for £75 (extra charges may apply in certain postcodes: G, EH, TD, KA, DG, ML, FK, KY, PA, PH, DD, AB, IV, SA, KW, TR, PL, TQ, LL, EX, SY).
- Refunds will be processed minus any delivery/collection charges.
We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item is returned in a condition other than what is necessary to check its features and functionality (i.e. "unnecessary handling").
Mattress Returns
Mattresses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if removed from original packaging, unless faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are processed:
- Within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
- Or within 14 days of you providing proof of return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. All return conditions must be met.
